Gale’s Whale Shark

At the end of last year, my friend Gale said, “I’m housecleaning and I heard you like frogs, what’s your address?” I gave her my address and she’s been sending me 5000000 frogs. Well, not that many.

So as a thank you, I figured I would send her stuff. (After all, when someone is de-cluttering, THEY NEED MOAR STUFF!) So I asked her what her favorite animal was. You know, for science.

And she told me it was a whale shark. I cried a little on the inside when I realized that she chose something with spots, but she said she wanted a whale shark, so I was committed to making her a whale shark! I don’t think I would have made one otherwise, but the spots honestly weren’t that bad. They took less time than it took to comb out the strands of the unicorn mare’s hair.

Whale shark.

I’ll get the pattern pulled together tonight, but I’m all out of energy for now. I told her that she has to like it, or I’ll cry. I think I was joking. Mostly.

Next up, highland dancing fairy. As soon as I figure out how to do the Nationals costume correctly.
