Eve

I couldn’t make Wall-E without making “Eva,” as my kids call her. This is not my pattern, this pattern was written by Ann over at sukigirl. I don’t like embroidery and I don’t have felt, so I crocheted the faceplate and the eyes and sewed them on.

Also note that she’s not proportionate to my Wall-E.

Faceplate
1) ch 5, sc in each of 2nd to 4th ch from hook, 3 sc in next ch, sc2 in bottom loops, 2 sc in bottom loop of next sc, join with sl st (10)
2) ch 1, 2 sc in same sc, sc2, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc, sc2, 2 sc in next 2 sc, join with sl st (16)
3) ch 1, 2 sc in same sc, sc3, 2 sc in next sc, *sc, 2 sc in next sc* twice, sc3, *2 sc in next sc, sc* twice, join with sl st (22)
break yarn, finish off

Eyes (make 2)
1) ch 3, sc in 2nd ch from hook, 3 sc in next ch, 2 sc in bottom loop of next ch, join with sl st (6)
break yarn, finish off

Assembly
Sew faceplate to front of head, sew eyes to faceplate.
